At Pera Halı , we offer safe and fast delivery worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery, order quantity, and package weight. After entering your address and country information when completing your order, you can view the shipping cost on the payment screen.
Deliveries are made within 7–12 business days through our contracted international cargo companies (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SPSR, PTS).
⚠️ We do not offer cash on delivery service for international orders.
📦 Customs Information
In rare cases, your package may need to be held by customs in some countries. In such cases, the relevant country's customs department will contact you directly to advise you of the necessary steps. Customs duties may vary by country and order content. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

You have the right to return your orders from abroad, but we do not offer an exchange option . If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us first:

We are not required to choose a specific shipping company for your shipment. You can ship with your preferred local shipping company. For a smoother process, we recommend including the English-language returns form with your package. You can download this form here.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive your returned product, you will be refunded the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs. Please keep your tracking number to avoid any delays in shipping.
