We prepare and ship your dream rug with great excitement; however, sometimes we are amazed to witness the "mysterious" and unpredictable routes of shipping companies. We know you're eager for your home's new love. But if your rug stays an extra day at the shipping branch or if its route is slightly extended, it's entirely a process beyond our control, due to the whims of the delivery companies.
We package your order at lightning speed and hand it over to the courier. 🚀
Once the cargo is on its way, the process unfortunately leaves our speed limits and enters their terminal traffic.
Still, don't worry; when that fresh energy arrives at your home, you'll see that every second you waited was worth it! 🌿
A small note to know: Our outlet products and certain special collections are delivered to cargo the next day. Under normal circumstances, we prepare and ship our products within 5-8 business days. The meticulous preparation and shipment of our large-sized products, which are 200cm or more in width and will add a palatial atmosphere to your home, can take 10-15 business days.
