DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This agreement is concluded electronically between the customer who makes a purchase through Pera Halı's website ( "Buyer" ) and Pera Halı. The Buyer is identified by the contact and address information provided when placing an order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This contract determines the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of carpets and other related products ordered electronically by the Buyer via www.perahali.com , which belongs to Pera Halı, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation .

3. Product Information

The type, features, price and payment method of the carpet and other related products purchased by the Buyer from Pera Halı are as stated on the order screen.

4. Product Price and Payment Terms

Product prices are the prices stated on Pera Halı's website at the time of ordering, and transactions will be carried out based on the relevant prices.

Buyer can pay by credit card, debit card or other specified payment methods.

5. Delivery Conditions

Purchased products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering.

Delivery will be completed as soon as possible, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

Pera Halı is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company, but support will be provided within the scope of customer satisfaction.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered product.

The Buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, The customer must send an e-mail to the address containing the withdrawal request .

Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the Buyer.

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for carpets produced or personalized according to the Buyer's special requests.

For hygienic reasons, used or damaged carpets cannot be returned.

8. Warranty and Liability

Pera Halı undertakes that the products sold are free of defects and are under legal warranty.

If the buyer detects any defect or defect regarding the product, he/she may contact Pera Halı.

9. Dispute Resolution

In all disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.

10. Entry into Force

By placing an order through www.perahali.com , the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions in this agreement. Pera Halı will send a copy of this agreement to the Buyer via email.
