Membership Agreement

PERA RUG & CARPET MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties       

This membership agreement is made between the user ("Member") who is a member of Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest @perahalicom and the Pera Halı e-commerce platform.

2. Purpose of the Agreement 

This Agreement determines the Member's rights and obligations regarding the use of services offered on the Pera Halı platform.

3. Membership Conditions

Members must be at least 18 years of age. Members are obligated to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on the Pera Halı platform.

4. Member Rights and Obligations

The Member agrees to use the products and services offered by Pera Halı solely for his/her own use.

Pera Halı will keep member information confidential and will not share it with third parties without permission.

5. Pera Halı's Rights and Obligations

Pera Halı undertakes to provide the Member with an uninterrupted and secure service, however, it is not guaranteed that the service will not be interrupted due to technical problems or force majeure.

Pera Halı reserves the right to make changes to membership terms and conditions. Any changes will take effect on the date they are published on the Pera Halı website.

6. Cancellation and Opt-Out

Members may delete their profile and cancel their membership registration at any time. Once deleted, they will no longer be able to use Pera Halı services.

Pera Halı reserves the right to suspend or completely cancel the Member's membership if he/she violates the terms of the contract.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brands and images on the Pera Halı platform belong to Pera Halı.

Member cannot copy, reproduce or distribute these contents without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pera Halı cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages arising from delays or disruptions that may occur during the member registration process or use of the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the Turkish Republic Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.

10. Entry into Force and Acceptance

This Agreement shall be valid from the date of its approval by the Member.

By becoming a Pera Halı member, the Member agrees to accept this Agreement and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions.
