KVKK INFORMATION TEXT

1. Information on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

1.1. In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data, we, as Pera Halı, provide information in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698, published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, in our capacity as the Data Controller, in accordance with the "Data Controller's Obligation to Inform".

1.2. Pera Halı has prepared this text in order to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the international agreements on Human Rights to which our country is a party, as well as the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and to ensure that the relevant persons whose data is processed can effectively use their rights. All personal data shared with our company will be processed in accordance with the law, in connection with our activity and service purposes and in a proportionate manner.

2. Definitions

2.1. The concepts of personal data, special categories of personal data and data processing used in the disclosure text are used based on the definitions made in the KVKK. In the KVKK;

Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK): Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,

Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted to him,

Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

Processing of Personal Data: It refers to any operation performed on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data, either fully or partially by automatic means or, provided that it is part of any data recording system, by non-automatic means.

3. Principles of Processing of Personal Data

3.1. Personal data of the data owner in accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK;

In accordance with the law and the rules of honesty,

Accurate and up-to-date when necessary,

For specific, clear and legitimate purposes,

Related, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,

It will be processed by the data controller, Pera Halı, in accordance with the retention rules for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

4. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

4.1. Your personal data in accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK;

In accordance with the law and the rule of honesty,

They will be processed for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

4.2. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by Pera Halı; recommending products and services to you; planning and executing sales and marketing activities; performing after-sales support services; following up on contract processes and legal demands; ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of the relevant persons in the business relationship; carrying out human resources processes; ensuring quality monitoring; making product deliveries and planning information security processes.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

5.1. Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons in line with the purposes stated above and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method and Legal Basis for Collection of Personal Data

6.1. Your personal data is collected and processed by Pera Halı with your explicit consent, verbally, in writing or electronically. These data are collected for the purpose of providing services, conducting commercial activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfilling legal obligations.

7. Storage and Deletion of Data

7.1. Your personal data is stored for the periods specified by the legislation. After the expiration of the specified periods, personal data is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous.

8. Data Owner's Rights

8.1. In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data owners have the following rights by applying to Pera Halı:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

To request information regarding the processing of personal data,

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with these purposes,

To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,

To request notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

To object to a result that is to his/her detriment as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

8.2. To exercise these rights, you can submit your request by applying to Pera Halı in writing. You can send your applications to our company's official e-mail address or by post.

8.3. Your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
