Can custom-sized carpets be returned?

According to consumer laws, there is generally no right of withdrawal or return for products that are custom-made and prepared (except in cases of defective/faulty goods). This is because the rug is cut only to the measurements you provide, and it is difficult to resell it to someone else. Therefore, great care should be taken when taking measurements.

What determines the pricing?

Prices are generally calculated per square meter (m²) or per linear meter according to the width of the roll used. The width of the carpet you choose (80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, etc.) is fixed, but you determine the length.

Which is more practical: fringed or overlocked?

If you are using a robot vacuum cleaner, frayed (straight overlock or folded) edges are more advantageous; they reduce the risk of the robot snagging. However, fraying can be preferred if a classic look is desired.
