How long will it take to prepare my order?

Lulu Collection products are cut "to order" from rolls according to your measurements and then processed through the pooling/overlocking process. Therefore, there may be an additional preparation time of 1-3 business days compared to standard carpets.

How are the edges coming in?

After the cutting process, the edges of the carpet are overlocked using industrial machines with thread that best matches the carpet's color to prevent unraveling. In some models (especially sisal or acrylic), fringe or leather binding can also be added as an option.

Do custom-sized items accept returns?

Because these products are custom-cut to your exact measurements, returns/exchanges are not possible under the right of withdrawal (unless there is a manufacturing defect). Therefore, we recommend that you be careful when taking measurements.
